The Leaf STEM Challenge is a real-world design experience supported by curriculum that immerses students in solving authentic aerospace problems and encourages them to pursue STEM pathways and careers.
Designed for grades six through twelve, it challenges students to design, build and fly an electric airplane. Along with being hands-on and standards-aligned, the program helps demonstrate to students how engineers combine science, technology, engineering, and math to build a working aircraft.
